🌟 2025 Southern California Job Fair Highlights:

Empowering Youth. Connecting Futures. Powered by MHG Charitable Foundation.

The MHG Charitable Foundation proudly served as the co-organizer and driving force behind the 2025 Southern California Talent & Industry Exchange Job Fair, one of the largest cross-industry talent events ever held in the region. Hosted at a fully sponsored hotel venue in Orange County, the fair brought together more than 1,000 job seekers and over 30 global technology companies for an inspiring day of opportunity and collaboration.

💡 Extending Our Mission from Youth to Career Development

As part of our continuing mission to uplift future generations, Founder Kitty Lo and the MHG team have expanded our charitable focus from youth education and scholarships to career empowerment and workforce development.
This event marked a major step forward — bridging academic success with real-world opportunity for students, professionals, and emerging leaders.

🏨 MHG’s Full Support and Contributions

The success of the Job Fair was built upon MHG’s extensive contributions:

  • Venue and hospitality sponsorship – The hotel venue and facilities were fully donated by MHG, providing a world-class setting for attendees and exhibitors.
  • Corporate hospitality and coordination – MHG sponsored VIP dinners for executives and hosted networking sessions for major companies including Foxconn, Wistron, Quanta, and Wiwynn.
  • Volunteer and operations support – MHG’s own employees and volunteers contributed extensive overtime hours, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the event.
  • Essential resources and logistics – From signage to guest coordination, nearly all operational elements were provided directly by MHG.

💻 Technology Powered by MHG Innovation

All event platforms and technologies were conceptualized and developed by MHG Director George Chou, leveraging his expertise in data and system design.
The event’s entire digital ecosystem — registration, resume database, exhibitor management, and analytics — operated through GoldenCareerHub.org, a platform created and powered by MHG to connect talent with opportunity.

🎤 Event Highlights

VIP Guest of Honor – U.S. Congresswoman Judy Chu delivered inspiring remarks, recognizing the event as Southern California’s largest Talent & Industry Exchange job fair, and commending its role in fostering U.S.–Taiwan collaboration.

Two Presidential Advisors from Taiwan, along with government and business representatives, expressed their strong support for building stronger cross-border talent pipelines.

Executives from Foxconn, Wistron, and other leading manufacturers shared perspectives on global expansion and recruitment needs.

The venue was packed wall-to-wall with enthusiastic job seekers, reflecting strong interest from both students and professionals across Southern California.

Numerous students shared testimonials describing how the fair helped them gain confidence, expand networks, and pursue their dream career paths.

Media coverage highlighted the event’s success and recognized MHG Charitable Foundation as the core philanthropic engine behind its organization and execution.
